As the founder of 1031 Federal Exchange, Steve brings a combination of legal training and exchange industry expertise that most qualified intermediaries cannot offer. The CES designation -- the only nationally recognized credential in the 1031 exchange industry -- requires passing a comprehensive examination and ongoing continuing education. Steve holds both.
